      1) $25.00 Returnable Intake Deposit.
      (The intake deposit is either returned or applied to the first month.)


      2) $250.00 four week coaching fee.
      (If for any reason you have to stop the sessions before a four week unit is finished, there will be a pro-rated refund.)
